| Till / POS | The selling screen (Sell → POS / Till) |
| Park | Save a half-finished sale to bring back later |
| Send to kitchen | Create the order for cooking; money comes later |
| Split | One bill paid in parts, by one or many people |
| Void | Cancel an order that should never count (with a reason) |
| Refund | Give money back on a paid order |
| Recipe | What ONE sale of an item takes out of stock — only when approved |
| Adjustment | A recorded stock correction: waste, damage, theft, recount |
| Z-Report | End-of-day totals by payment method — the official day close |
| Float | The cash in the drawer at shift start (Set opening float) |
