The customer ordering app (QR)
Customers scan the QR at the table and order from their phone (order.bina.so). Staff need to know exactly four things.
1. QR orders are normal orders
They appear on the Kitchen screen and the Orders page by themselves. Cook and serve as usual.
2. Customers pay at the counter
The phone shows their order number — take payment against that order like any other.
3. The menu speaks five languages
English, Arabic, Hindi, Filipino and Urdu (Arabic and Urdu fully right-to-left). Your Arabic item names come from Name (Arabic) in the menu editor.
4. Weighed items and loyalty rewards
Weighed items show a per-kg price and tell the customer to ask at the counter — weigh and ring it on the till as usual.
Customers can track their order at /track; loyalty rewards say “Mention this at the counter” — apply it on the till.
