Card payments require Stripe Connect onboarding (per tenant). WhatsApp ordering requires a Meta Business API number per tenant. We help you set both up — typically a few days.

- Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No early-termination fees.
- Do you charge per transaction?
- No. Bina charges a flat monthly subscription. Card payment processing fees go to Stripe directly (your standard merchant rate, typically 2.4% + small fixed fee in the UAE).
- When does Bina take a cut of my sales?
- Never. Your money flows from card → Stripe → your bank. Bina is in the middle for the software, not the cash.
- Free tier is genuinely free?
- Yes — 1 outlet, 1 user, 100 orders/month, basic POS forever. No credit card required to start.
- What about VAT and compliance?
- Bina handles UAE VAT 5% on every order. Z-reports satisfy daily reconciliation. Refunds, voids, and audit log give you a defensible paper trail.
- Is my data exportable?
- Yes. Every plan includes one-click export of menu, orders, and customers as CSV. Your data is yours.
